JUDGMENTALISM
1. SELF-RIGHTEOUSNESS: I already know what’s right.
2. CERTAINTY: Everything is black or white, and obviously so.
3. DENIAL: I experience only what already fits my self-image.
4. ARROGANCE: I know what’s right (best) for you.
5. FAULT-FINDING: I can always find someone to blame.
6. INSENSITIVITY: I never need to take on your perspective.
7. CONTROL: I have to have things my way.
8. SAMENESS: I only tolerate what’s the same as me.
9. SELF-JUSTIFICATION: I arrange everything to make me look good.
10. GENERALIZATION: One bad act makes you a bad person.
11. LABELS: Everything fits one of my neat, little compartments.
12. RUTHLESSNESS: I enforce the truth, no matter the cost to others.
13. RIGIDITY: I do not allow spontaneity, nor anything unpredictable.
14. EXCLUSIVITY: We who know the truth do not mix with those others.
15. ORDER: Everything has to be where it has always been.
16. REPETITION: The same old ways are better than new ones.
